Tricked me into putting my down payment and trade in tword the sticker price of the vehicle, lied about the finance percentage, car has been back in the shop 2 times since I bought it brand new 3 months ago, Chris Willhelm called me drunk and swore at me asking whom he was speaking to after he called me and also tried to get me a loan from 20+ banks and told me it wouldn't affect my credit at all, went from mid 700s to low 500s... The only good experience I've ever had here is with Kyle Miller in the service department. I stay far away from this place and will never purchase another vehicle from Ray, or Chevrolet again.
