We ordered from the online shop of IKEA and we had a scheduled delivery for Monday 12/10/20, in the afternoon.
They called us on Sunday at 10:00 and asked us if we could pick up the same day (12:00 - 15:00).
The goods were delivered without delay (13:00) in perfect condition. The staff were very kind and helpful.
