IF I could give no stars I would
We purchased 2 vans from your dealership for our service department approximately 3 years ago now. EVERY time Each and EVERY time we need to bring one or both of them in for any service we get the same service, none and or very very poor. . Recently is for a recall. A recall that we must have done to keep our techs safe or we would not bother to bring the vans back there for any service. Yet again we call are told you have to order parts, I make an appointment, we drop the van off the night before so the van can get done and back into service. I call at 3pm (I was told when I made the appointment it would only take about 2 hours) I was told that oh ya the van is here we had to order the parts they are coming from LA and we should have them tomorrow. Same thing I was told 2 days ago when i originally called the service department about this recall.Really, now I have a whole day with a technician who could not work (but I had to pay anyway since it was because you had our van,apparently for no reason again) , a bunch of customers who we could not service as we should have today, an now you are going to have this same van for 2 days. Not to mention we have to put the other van in for the same recall so I guess we can expect an additional 2 days of loss because your service department can not and does not know how to operate.
This is not the first time, like I stated above , this happens every time we have to bring one of our fleet vehicles to you
