The driver cancelled my trip and didn't tell me. He called me and asked me where i was going, i told him the galleria, and he said he would be there to pick me up in a few minutes. 30 minutes i waited for this guy! Her never showed up or called or anything! I finally called yellow can and asked them where he was, they told me he cancelled the trip. They were going to rebook me but i told them not to bother and hung up! I got an uber instead!
