Place lost my car! NO Kidding, I made an appointment online, checked my car in, and the lost it! I had to call five times during the day, was told three times they would call me back. No one, NO ONE ever called me. I went to the dealership at 9 pm and a very kind salesman found my car and let me take it home. Nothing had been done with it. They do not know what they are doing, they are completely disorganized and inefficient. Find another place to go. Even with the General Manger and the Service manager being told of my experience not a soul has called me or contacted me in any way.
