Decently nice, great location. Not recommend based on the staff.

The heaters don't work in the rooms it took 3 days for them to check and tell us because of the windows the heaters aren't super effective so they gave us small space heaters for the suite - I'd expect much more, especially quality windows during winter when paying $3k per week.

The day we left they were extremely unhelpful and rude we loaded up out own car, called 3 times for ice before we left and nobody told us the car was parked out front.

Could've been a much better experience but the Shelburne staff really ruined that the last day once they got their money they stopped caring.
