I've been with Silkin for over twenty years.
First they gave me the principles, in very easy to understand and duplicate fashion, to straighten out my practice.
Next, they gave me the background to train me to do it myself.
Next, they gave my staff training that increased their responsibility so that I could become a doctor-owner and trained my office manager to take the managerial part off my plate and onto hers. She is very capable.
Finally, they now continue to train my new staff on communication, sales, responsibility, and ethics. I continue to send new staff to them for basic training and experienced staff to them to increase their managerial skills.

One more thing, you see the same names and faces year after year after year. They practice what they preach.
