This place was so poorly managed. The employees didn't know any information about the equipment or the trails or even the payment information. We had to figure out our own skii and pole size. The employee didn't have the measuring chart. What really topped it off is that we paid $27 for the combo deal which included the equipment rental and the day pass. When we got to the Nordic trail it was completely ungroomed. We paid for a trail that should have been taken care off and we got a trail that seemed to just be part of the forest.
