Everyone was really nice here, but it took 2 hours...

Everyone was really nice here, but it took 2 hours to remove wheel locks. Something that should have taken 30 minutes max. They mixed up the paperwork for my car and performed unnecessary maintenance. It didn't damage my car or anything but it sure doesn't make me confident about getting work on my car done here.
