They treat people like cattle. The number of wagons is kept to a minimum and trains overcrowded, sell more tickets than trains can take and few tickets with seats and standing at the same price that even cheaper. They see what interest they have in a given ride, so what is the problem to get another wagon. As if it was not enough, still lagging. It only saves them that they are often the only carrier on a given route and even if it is a competition it rarely drives: \
