I'm not sure I get it. They fuse uncommon flavorings into their sausages, flavors like Indian curry. These different sausages are by far and large the most popular items on the menu. And while they may taste good, the cost to taste ratio is too rich for my palette. Maybe that's it, maybe I'd have to be a sausage connoisseur to appreciate what I was given. But then again, the rest of the group I was with didn't go crazy over their items either.

They buy locally daily and support the community in that way. A byproduct of this is that the menu changes daily. The service is respectful, warm, and down-to-earth. They have a back room of sorts that is perfect for group gatherings. So this place has its merits and uses. I just won't be back for the food alone.
