I dreaded looking for a car for my son. I just don't really like the whole haggling over a price thing. From the first time I contacted Chris and started talking about a car, he was fair and honest. I told him where I needed to be in terms of down payment and monthly payments and he exceeded those expectations. They actually came in under my monthly number by quite a bit (and they knew before hand what I was willing to pay)! Everything Chris told me was right on, I didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me just to get a deal done. It actually turned out to be a pleasant experience.
