The Notting Hill branch couldn't service and fix a puncture for a week as they were so busy I tried the West End shop. Extremely hard to get hold of on the phone which didn't bode well. When reached the mechanic said i could walk in and bike wouldn't take long to service and repair. Arrived at 18:30, small queue in front of me and they were fixing punctures while you wait so each customer taking 10-15 minutes. I was waiting for one hour by the time i served. Only one mechanic working on the walk in jobs, due to others being away. He was doing his best. A few ppl came in to pick up bikes so I let them jump the queue, when i was served i decided to let them keep my bike and i'd get it later. The people behind me appreciated that. Picked it up the next day - all good. Waiting an hour didn't really bother me that much the previous day. It made me wonder if we should get used to this type of service in a Post-Brexit Britain.
