We were referred to orthopedic oncology clinic there and the nurse who called me was very incompetent. She told me i should have left my daughter in the hospital in vanderbilt to get her ct and biopsy done there when i've already explained that we live in Knoxville and it is not an option for us to stay in nashville and we have another child we had to leave with friends for the day.
Now according to childrens her office wont return calls to get some paper work done. Is that some sorr of retaliation because i couldnt stay in nashville? Thats how this whole thing makes me feel! Or is it lousy service because they know we have no other option in the area since our daughter is a child?
Either way my frustration level is increasing by the minute due to lack of care and competemce thus far in coordinating care.
Dr Holtz needs new staff or something
