Came here for service after buying a comprehensive plan when buying my car from a different Hendrick dealership. This is much closer to my home but I will never be coming back.

I brought my car in just to have the oil changed. Part of my warranty was for free oil changes. I made an appointment a week before and gave the rep all of my information over the phone.

Now, I have been sitting in the waiting room for two hours and was just informed my car was now being worked on. When I asked what was taking so long I was informed they didn't have an oil filter for my car and had to go get one.

My car is a jeep so that would be entirely understandable if I had just driven up, not with an appointment.

The service rep made it very clear that there was nothing he could do and that this wasn't his fault. I agree, not really something he could've done, but you could at least pretend that you give a damn about your customers. No free oil change is worth 2.5 hours on a Saturday by some guy who treats it like it's your fault.

I will not be coming back
