Ryan is THE BEST!! Not only did he fix the Windows problem with my PC he taught me how to troubleshoot it and fix it should I have problems with it in the future! It's very obvious he knows what he's doing and he's happy to share/teach you about your PC as well.

His customer service is off the charts which is refreshing in this day and age!

He's my tech guy from now on!!
