I am giving this one star only because that I can write a review after giving it,we schedul relocation installation on 31 st December and the technician who came he said that because of some technical issue he cannot do that on that day and he rescheduled it on 02 January 2020 we agreed and that person called us on 2 nd and asked us to reschedule it to Saturday 11 AM ( 04/01/2020) and he asked me to do it on portal in the mean time I received a call from time customer care and asked about rescheduling so informed them the same that your technician will be coming on 04/01/2020 and she said ok then I will fix on that day , I said ok. On 04/01/2020 no body came and I called the same technician who came to fix it and he answered that no ticket was raised to do installation then I called customer service and they replied they will reschedule it within 14 days -I am really vexed of time services and I don t want to suggest their services and I need to pay for all these relocation days which I am not using their services really vexed
