Almost 4 years insured with DFD and very enthusiastic about them. When I needed them they helped me a lot. Honest and customer-friendly employees where the well-being of the customer comes first. Chapeau!

If you say something "how can you say it is complete and then get an email for weeks that it is not complete while it is complete. 2 you give 5 days in advance that you will buy another car and you give all the information that the car needs insurance To 6 weeks you get the green card of the car (yes the wrong car that I exchanged 6 weeks before) I call the car insurance myself and nothing was known to them. your DFD and then just say that the fault was not with them (just call me lying) 3 Your car is parked at work and someone hits you and you drive away You report damage to DFD. forms not completed and the declarations have not yet been made. After 3 weeks you will receive a telephone call from DFD if I still want to report the damage to the insurance. What the employee should have said is that the three weeks were over and that I could no longer use it making the guarantee fund that it would cost me no-clam and more would pay the premium if I gave up on the insurance anyway. And the employee did not do that. Now we have paid the damage amount ourselves. If we had known this, I would have arranged it myself, it would have made us 270 euros. Then you have a feeling that they do not help you, but you work for the insurance company itself, you have no intermediary for that.
