Almost 4 years insured with DFD and very enthusiastic about them. When I needed them they helped me a lot. Honest and customer-friendly employees where the well-being of the customer comes first. Chapeau!

DFD provides a personal and professional approach. Questions are answered immediately and they don't mind if you take the time to make a decision. They take the time for you and they have sufficient knowledge to answer questions.

But they don't work for you. three times had a breakdown with the car causing damage and those 10 years is worth nothing. You just get thrown out. They don't call. What a deeply sad company. I am always helped well and damage is always handled neatly and on time. Phone broken, was immediately arranged, had a burglary, within 2 weeks my money, damage to the car and within one week he was picked up at the door. So for an intermediary, they really arrange it well. Just called to convert the insurance due to the purchase of another car, I will be called back saying that it is cheaper and better elsewhere, how neat is that.

After 24 years, we left DFD. How come you leave a company you have trusted for a long time. I will explain, 1 if something happens and you have to hand in documents and DFD says that they have received everything well. After waiting for weeks you will receive an email that it is not complete. And you call and then you say look in the attachment and then yes I see it now. If you say something "how can you say it is complete and then get an email for weeks that it is not complete while it is complete. 2 you give 5 days in advance that you will buy another car and you give all the information that the car needs insurance To 6 weeks you get the green card of the car (yes the wrong car that I exchanged 6 weeks before) I call the car insurance myself and nothing was known to them. your DFD and then just say that the fault was not with them (just call me lying) 3 Your car is parked at work and someone hits you and you drive away You report damage to DFD. forms not completed and the declarations have not yet been made. After 3 weeks you will receive a telephone call from DFD if I still want to report the damage to the insurance. What the employee should have said is that the three weeks were over and that I could no longer use it making the guarantee fund that it would cost me no-clam and more would pay the premium if I gave up on the insurance anyway. And the employee did not do that. Now we have paid the damage amount ourselves. If we had known this, I would have arranged it myself, it would have made us 270 euros. If you then send an email to the head of the department, who says he can't find a wrong one and can find them. And you have to do with that. These three things have happened in the last 2 years. Then you have a feeling that they do not help you, but you work for the insurance company itself, you have no intermediary for that. You have an intermediary to take work out of your hands and arrange it for you. Very bad if you get this feeling to 24 years, if you have to call your intermediary and that, which feels like a barrier, you better stop this company. And the field staff did not care what a treasure of a woman, together experienced a lot in the 24 years, of beautiful things and depths in your life and she was always there for us. DFD I thank you in 2 years I have needed you 3 times and you have not been able to live up to it. We needed the last push to leave and it feels great. They sometimes say it comes from both sides that is correct, we have done everything we had to do. DFD wants to say one thing about people again, and not the extension of the insurance company that people don't need.

No vague promises or info, just get it clear and get to work for the customer when necessary.

Pure scam. They collect every month, but if you have damage, they will of course not return anything from vultures. This society says it is good for soldiers hahah me hollow it is only about collecting money.
