This is the best hotel in Kilkenny that I've stayed in. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is always cheery and the rooms clean and warm. We also ate in the restaurant which was lovely and the food was fantastic. They offer a great selection for breakfast, one of the best we've ever had.
