Terrible customer service in the new car sales dep...

Terrible customer service in the new car sales dept. I went to the dealership to do a trade in and order a new vehicle. Spoke with Sam and Jim. They told me they would call me back the next day. At the end of the business day, I spoke to Chris, new car sales manager and told him how frustrated I was that I didn't get a call back. He just directed my call to Jim without trying to rectify the problem. Spoke to Jim. He reacted negatively to my complaint and refused to give me the name of the owner. Highly recommend that you visit another dealership if you want to be treated like a valued customer.
