Came into Toyota of El Cajon and was very impressed with their huge selection of cars on the lot along with some special packages. I came in the dealer doors and just like the lot I was also impressed with their showroom, accommodating to children with a giant play area and also had a classic mint land cruiser sitting which took me by shock! As I browsed around Victor Aceves greeted me for my appointment and he was everything you would want from a internet sales manager. He was honest, comedic and resourceful of my time during the process. I had an opportunity to meet the desk manager Marwan who took the time to congratulate me on the deal we made and I thanked him for being quick and understanding of the time and deal I was looking for! Next was finance and it was nothing short of the great customer service I received from Victor and Marwan. Hicham who was my finance guy took me through my options with ease and was very smooth and professional throughout the final process, he quoted the time it would take to finish all the paperwork and I took his word on it and it was as he said, quick!

All things said and done these guys are professionals and the way they all took their time to assure quality service to me and I'm sure many other customers blew me away. If you are looking for a place to buy your next Toyota, come to El Cajon as your first option - Huge lobby, clean area, great staff and selection and I will recommend my friends and family to this Toyota dealer without second thought.
