If they've spend more time on the product instead ...

If they've spend more time on the product instead of the company looks it could've been a great place. As a local I've always seen it's a popular place especially due to it's location, after being there I cannot recommend it. The 'poffertjes' are nothing compared to the real deal, they are overcooked mini flapjacks. Somehow the pancakes aren't as soft as the real traditional Dutch pancakes. It doesn't taste anything like i had in any other pancake house.

Plus side, they have great combinations of toppings and aren't greedy on using them.
