Took complete advantage of my 75 year old mother in law!!!! She thinks they charged her $1000 for a part... But when I contacted them to dispute the charge I was told she was charged over $3000!!!! This isn't over!!!! She has dementia and is elderly!!!! You make me sick!!!! Btw this is the second time... She will never call you again and I will see you in court!!! She went without heat for two days in extreme cold temps after the tech left her house and then came back with a part????!!!! She could've had a new furnace for $3000 ... Her house is small.... DO NOT CALL GILLECE!!!!!
