Well guys I originally was very upset with is dealership , I felt they really have a great opportunity in customer service. "Say hello' 'be available", listen to the customer needs and make adjustments on "a case by case" basis. Had a unfortunate experience with shipping issues however it is not the dealers rules it goes back to Harley. I got a call from GM with genuine concern for my problem he heard me out and was able to resolve my issue. I will have my item soon. Other than shipping rules here at Illinois, I really like my girl Abby that always been good to me when I go and Maria another also very friendly and helpful. Thanks GM for hearing me out thank you for prompt attention to my concern. Give Illinois Harley a chance, there some good people there. However I wish I could take part in their event planning and marketing at this location. So much can be done here. It's a great location and great selection of motorcycles and apparel.
