My review is for the service department. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have taken my truck to this location multiple times for alignment and tire work. Each and every time I have had to take my vehicle back to them or to someone else to do the alignment correctly - either my steering wheel is massively off center or the truck wants to drive me into oncoming traffic after I leave. My latest visit (~2 weeks ago) included 4 new tires, balance, and alignment. The truck is now shaking itself apart on the highway (balance it's off) and I'm constantly being coerced by my truck to meet oncoming traffic (alignment is off). I called and of course again they want me to bring it back - no thank you I'll be taking it to ORR where they actually care about the safety of their customers. Now, I'm convinced that this isn't due to mechanic skill as their mechanics have fixed actual major issues that required detailed troubleshooting, but I'm convinced this is upper management not wanting to calibrate their equipment correctly. Long story short Breeden, I'm not being my truck back to you AGAIN to fix my truck when I paid you over $1,000 to do it correctly the FIRST time - this time I want my money back so I can pay the competent people at ORR in russellville to fix your mistake again!
