I have purchased 1 BMW from this location and another from Policaro in Brampton. The sales experience I had at this location was phenomenal in comparison to Policaro (even though Policaro's dealership has more bells and whistles). I must say, however, that the sales person I had is no longer with the dealership (Alistair). I service both BMWs at this location, and I must give a shout out to Steve; he is honest and goes above an beyond the call of duty, which is something you don't find often at car dealerships. When I first started going to this location, they would give out loaner cars when your vehicle was in, now they charge $30, which I must say has taken away some of the luxuriousness of the experience.
