I wouldn't give "2 stars" for this hotel. Don't know from where should I start honestly.
>First, we were supposed to check-in on April 30, the hotel claimed that they were paid for check-in from May 1 by the travel agency. So we had to wait in the disgusting lobby, since we arrived April 30 at 2am, to have our rooms on the next day (May 1) to check-in at 2 pm. The lobby is a mess, I recommend to get more employees, for cleaning and service, cause you have very bad service as well. Then my friends and I went to check the rooms, they weren't the ones we booked.
>Old rooms, old facilities, dirty bathrooms....
We demanded to get the rooms we booked, they said that we have to wait till 2 pm to get them clean, then they delayed us till 5pm, and I couldn't get any fair explanation for that. We got our rooms at 5.20 pm!!!!
>The 2nd day, we spent the whole day out the hotel, came back at 6 pm to find out that my friends room wasn't cleaned yet. We kept calling them for an hour and a half asking them to send the housekeeper, we even asked for the general manager, they kept delaying us and shutting the phone...no replies!!!
More is yet to come.
Zero service, zero hygiene, very bad attitude, bad behavior, unrespectful.
After that I still dont know who should I accuse for my denied early booking, is it the fraudulent agency or this "respectful" hotel???
I'm just wishing my holiday ends.
