Well I am glad many of you had positive results from Five Star because I did not. Yes they help in certain situations but they were so over zealous with what they put down as needing repair and so on in my house the insurance company laughed. Only three wet spots on the ceilings in three rooms nothing on the floor. No fallen sheet rock or insulation and just some wet areas by a couple of windows and one wet wall. That was all fixed with the new roof te insurance paid for. I checked the insulation in those areas and it was all fine.
Now I am waiting for a release of contract after I fired them and the lawyer , that did nothing for a year. I had Frederico and the switched me to some young person that all he knows how to do is argue and thinks he is gods gift. This giy is a broken record and I had to ask him to stop talking and listen and that the need for him to contact the lawyer is not necessary and I had to send all the letters back to the company again. He finally listened and learned what i had to tell him. I cannot get the Managers or CEO to talk to me and all I get is grief from the other person..
I fired them in November of 2018 and still waiting for my release of contract. Next step is the DBPR.
