OMG Just spent almost 2 hours waiting for cab, finally gave up. I take the cab home every week from getting groceries with my 80 year old mom. When we finished getting our groceries today, i booked online with ztrip like i do every week. I kept getting the notice that the driver was on his way, then i would get a message that the driver had just picked someone up at a distance from me and wanted me to confirm it was me, i chose no, then it asked me to rate my experience so i had to pick the sad face as i had not even been picked up. i called an booked several times, booked on ztrip several times, called customers service and was on hold forever. Finally gave up and had to drag 4 heavy bags of groceries to the bus stop with my elderly mom and wait in the heat for the bus that comes once an hour , so that we can wait for another bus to go the other direction and then carry the groceries 4 blocks home. We live a mile from the store but the bus service coming back from the store is horrible. I was in tears and so desperate i even tried to get customers coming out of the store to take us home but of course they probably that we were crazy.
