Amanda Sheppard is like the Santa Clause of Denver real estate. Myself a first time home buyer, and a very picky one at that, Amanda worked patiently with me for almost exactly a year. She is extremely knowledgable and patient and always courteous. As a first time buyer, she gave me the level of detail I wanted in buying a home. All in all, working with her and the team for 12 months was like winning the real estate broker lottery. Should I ever have a need (hopefully in the far future) to sell my home, I wouldn't think twice before calling up Amanda again.
