The automated phone system for customer service sucks. You tell it one thing and it does something else. It is voice automated and not user friendly. It took ten minutes of saying representative and lots of frustration to finally get it to say hey let me transfer you to some one who can help. Now the human aspect of the call was great and she helped me quickly which is the only reason it got a 3 instead of 1 star.
