I've made two purchases of four rings from Gem Pundit and plan to make others in the future. As a customer ordering from the United States I had to get use to a few things - like not being able to communicate directly with the company; but dealing with communication time lags and not always having my questions answered as I would expect. The company provides a toll free number but it does not work so you have to rely on email exchanges. Also the packaging which the item arrives is kind of strange - the items come in a nice jewel box, which is placed in foil box which is wrapped in canvas which is sealed with wax (it's a little excessive, messy and hard to open but I did keep both sets of boxes) . Nonetheless I was happy with my purchases. If you are new to purchasing astrological jewelry it might be best to ask for a consultation before purchasing. I brought a hessionite ring set in gold and did not realize until well after the fact that gold is not appropriate to this stone. It would have saved me a few hundred dollars to purchase the ring in the appropriate silver. In any case I really like the ring i designed but I am now hesitant to wear it! My advice is to know what you are doing before finalizing the sale! Also the red/yellow strings that come with your ring orders should be wrapped around your wrist ..don't throw out. This is not obvious to non-Hindu wearers. I would recommend GemPundit to add a faq section for foreign buyers to help better orient. In any case - I had a positive experience with this company.
