We got on the bus at around 9:30 or 10am on the 31st of July 2019. We got on near Paddington Station on the Blue line. We wanted to go back to paddington station in a couple hours to go to Windsor after riding this tour so we assumed we could ride the blue line around and return on the same bus with no problem.

That turned out to be completely wrong. We first had to wait through 2 buses going by which was about 45 min to get on that bus but then we were packed so tightly into the bus that there wasn't barely room to breathe let alone get a seat and hear any of the tour information through the headsets provided because there were no available jacks. Then after 2 stops on the blue line the bus stopped and everyone was told to clear the bus. That it wasn't going any further and that a block away we could get on the next bus.

At that point we approached a couple employees working the stops and they pretty much pushed us to get on the Red Line even though we had no plans to ride that bus at that time as we had already visited most of the sites on that tour the day before. We eventually got on that bus and surprisingly found comfortable seats up top with a good view. The best part of the whole experience was the live commentary from the guide on the Red Line bus who's name is Rob. He provided a very entertaining experience throughout the ride until the time came for us to get off and find our own way back to Paddington Station.

Honestly I was going to leave them a horrible review if it wasn't for the good experience we had on the bus with Rob. Otherwise the stop workers are jerks. The bus driver and stop worker on the blue line was stupid to pack so many people in that bus because it honestly would have been more enjoyable at that point to just ride the city bus because it was cheaper and at least on the city bus I had a seat more often than not.

All in all I give Rob but the company as a whole - ....
