We signed up with them and the first time they gave us excellent rates for our business for both gas and electricity. They mentioned that they promise to get us the best rates in the future. The second time, we did not check (our fault), as we trusted them, but they signed us up on an expensive deal with the supplier and when I contacted the same supplier, they were offering us cheaper rates. I called them and they said nothing can be done as you are already locked in for 3 years. I have given them notice for not dealing with any of our future contracts.

So Everyone beware with these Energy companies offering middleman services. Best is to talk direct to the companies. They offer cheaper rates.
