Matt Laricy and his group should be the first and last people you consider when selling or buying your home. We had Matt sell our condo for us. We were pretty nervous about the market because the exact same unit as ours, 2 floors above, had been sitting on the market for 5 months, when it came time to list ours. Matt recommended that we list for a nearly the same price as the unit above us. I was skeptical that it would sell quickly at this price, and I definitely did not want it to sit on the market for months. However, he reassured me by explaining all his marketing strategies he employed. I interviewed several agents, and he was the most organized, prepared, professional, hard working out of them all. He and his team definitely are workaholics! They have a strict policy of never missing or cancelling a showing. He makes himself available any time, day or night. Long story short, we listed on a Monday and accepted an offer above our ask price on Thursday of that same week. Amazing! He was there for me throughout the rest of the process, making it so smooth and headache free. He is easily reachable and will quickly return any messages if he does not pick up right away. His rates are very competitive and were cheaper than all the other agents I interviewed. In my opinion, going with any other agent would be a huge mistake.
