On 07/10/2020 we bought a double bed MALM from IKE...

On 07/10/2020 we bought a double bed MALM from IKEA Kifisos and it should have been delivered to us by agreement with your transport company, on Wednesday 14/10 with order number MK 028027. Nothing was delivered, and we had no information from you. After many attempts to contact you, you told us that the order will be delivered the next day, Thursday 15/10. Nothing was delivered on Thursday either, and after many calls, you told us that the bed was worn out and you are waiting for a new one from IKEA. However, the bed from us was delivered to your counter in an excellent package as we chose it from the shelves of IKEA. The next day, Friday 16/10, we had no information, you did not answer any of our phone calls, and IKEA assured us that there was no re-order from you!
Who is lying?
Saturday has passed and we can not sleep in our house!
All the above phone calls recorded by you, and by IKEA, show INCONSISTENCE and APATHY and show UNRELIABILITY of the transport company DELATOLAS SA.
We reserve all our legal rights, if there is no delivery of the bed on Monday 19/10/2020.
