Kitt Ramey was the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever had contact with. I dropped my car off at a 10am appointment on a Friday. They said it would be diagnosed that day and I would get a call that afternoon. I did not hear from anyone at Buick until I called them at 11am on Monday. It was told to Kitt on Friday that I would need a rental or a loaner come Tuesday morning so I could return to work. He said he would try to get me a loaner when I spoke to him on Monday and he would call me back. I didn't hear from him by 4pm on Monday so I called back. He said he never agreed to call me back and said he put me on the loaner list but there was nothing else he could do. He told me that he informed my boyfriend that my car wouldn't be diagnosed until Monday, which was never said to us. He very rudely said that I showed up on that Friday with no appointment, which was untrue. He then told me I could call enterprise and Buick would pay for the first day and I could pay for the remaining days. By this point I was furious so I hung up on him. And by the way, I called enterprise and they said only the dealership could make that decision. My boyfriend called back and talked to the manager, Joe. Joe was very helpful and was able to get me a rental. Speaking with Joe was the only positive thing that came from my experience with Buick GMC.
