I recently ordered an "American Metalcraft" cocktail shaker from E-Tundra believing it was made in America. Nothing on the site gave any indication as to where it was made. Additionally, nothing on the site indicated it was a "special order item" and would incur a 20% restocking if it was returned. When I received the shaker, I noted it had been made in India. I also noted a black substance in the rim than also had very hards bits of what I believe was rack imbedded in it. The black substance ran out from the rim when it was cleaned but couldn't be completely removed. The black bits came out randomly. When I contacted E-Tundra for a return, the Customer Service rep was quite short and sounded mad. He informed me of the restock fee, said I should have read the "Returns" section (no way to know an item is a special order of E-Tundra doesn't tell me), and said there was nothing else he could do. All done with ever doing business with E-Tundra again and will close my account with them. Too many other companies out there that do far better with their products and Customer Service. Don't use E-Tundra!
