We stayed in two different rooms here on our honey...

We stayed in two different rooms here on our honeymoon. They gave us a free upgrade to the two bedroom villa with a private pool which was outstanding!!! but we gave it up for the view that we booked online.

Pros: Outstanding rooms, free valet parking, friendly and helpful hotel staff, great view of Spinalonga, comfortable beds, overall very clean (especially the two bedroom villa)
Cons: We were on our honeymoon and ended up in the family breakfast area. The jet tub in the sea view room shot out black particles. I don't believe we got the room that we booked, even after moving. We didn't say anything after the move though, so we can't fault them for that. They were very nice and professional.

Upon arrival, our car was valet parked, we were seated on a balcony with a sea view overlooking Spinalonga, and treated to a special welcome drink. The check in process was the most relaxing check-in ever! I wish we could have stayed here longer. I definitely recommend it and would stay again.
