As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were understandably excited and nervous to begin the process. Fortunately, Rob Spooner with Porchlight helped several friends buy their first homes too and came highly recommended. We actually interviewed four real estate agents, and when we interviewed Rob we really appreciated that he took time to not just find out what kind of house we might like, but also took the time to understand what neighborhoods would fit our personalities and lifestyles. His sense of humor (he's really funny), patience, and clear and genuine love of helping first time homebuyers came through immediately.
