Like others I had a long wait for my regular SIM card to arrive. It took over a week, considering I'm in Toronto and the warehouse is somewhere in the GTA too really did expect it next day or the day after. Got it two weeks later? Complete BS. Along with this they didn't even mention SMS didn't work in the USA for the week while I was there. Pricing is very steep considering they bill in $ USD but still charge Canadian clients TAX ontop! SO + 30% USD / CAD exchange then + 13% local tax! OUCH!!! On a positive note at least they added LTE and they roam on AT&T in the USA.
