MALICIOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE COMPANIES

First of all, I have to say that to date I have never had any problems at Tegel Airport. Otherwise, all employees etc. have always been very courteous. So thank you!

BUT if you let external service companies into the building, things will be different.

See my experience today with service personnel from Airlink Passage Service Berlin (explicitly Ms. B KUTHE and her two colleagues). AIRBALTIC switch A04.

Despite the time, we were viciously denied check-in even though a passenger was checked in before us. We were not helped in any way, we would be insulted and sent away coldly - they never heard of customer service! I've never been through anything like this and I'm a frequent flyer for work. Name tags were removed so that we would not be able to contact us and my girlfriend was pushed away and insulted in another language.

The company also has the worst ratings on Google and, according to an airport employee, they are already known. So the recommendation to Berlin TXL Airport: Airlink Passage Service Berlin GmbH is terminating.

An apology to my friend would definitely be in order.
