I wish I could put no stars as this was one of the worst experiences of my life. It was my first visit to this place just to get home, and I had no idea where I was going as there are no guards or signs for directions, due to me being late for my train as I had a crutch and had to get the train in 30 minutes from Westminster, clearly impossible (was booked by someone else for an awards evening) and had to pay an obscene amount of money and was told to go on the wrong train by a patronising and rude guard. Will never go by train ever again
