This place has changed so much over the years! The service is horrible and is an absolute scam. Stay away from Toyota. They are not doing good business and they will try to scam you. I had my Toyota Highlander for 13 years, never had an accident, total miles are 140k and I have taken it to Toyota for the past 13 years! Last year I started having issues for the first time, several lights were on and Took it to Toyota service to fix. They told me the diagnose was going to be $77 and that amount would go towards the fix if I decided to go ahead once they provide the total cost of fixing. It turned out, they couldn't fix the car, but they decided to still change the oil and rotate the tires and since the mechanic took longer to diagnosed the car, they ended up charging me $500! And all I got was oil change. This year got even worse, I had to bring my car one more time because I couldn't pass the smog test. I was very specific that all was needed was the outlined issues that the smog test mechanic pointed out. Same story. $77 for the diagnosis, going towards the fix once they told me the total amount if I approve it. And of course, the mexhanic spend extra time just figuring out, they call me with the huge estimate to fix of $900 but I accept since I just want the car fixed so I can move on. The next thing I hear is that they got confused and found it was something else and just like magic, the number goes from $900 to $4000!!! to be able to fix and pass the smog test. I can't pay that much so I went back to pick the car up, and now they want to charge $600 for nothing, just the time that took an incompetent mechanic to diagnose and all their mistakes they made. Why they even tell you the diagnose is $77 in the first place? This seems to be their game, very dishonest dealership and their cars are not what I was told in terms of quality either. I had only 140k miles and now is a total loss since they can't fix the smog issue and I can't drive it. Stay away from Toyota!
