I just purchased my second vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. I worked with Ray Scarpelli Jr. and he took excellent care of me. Ray spent the time with me to answer all of my questions and concerns and I never felt pressured.
The day after I got the vehicle home, I noticed a couple of issues. I contacted them and Manager George Gigovski told me to bring the truck back in and they would take care of my issues. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase.
I brought it back that night and Service Advisor Rob Chavez took it in and gave me a loaner to use while they worked on it. I picked it back up the next day and everything was taken care of and repaired.
I am extremely happy with every aspect of my experience from the minute I stepped in the door at Ray Chevrolet. Everyone there treats you like you are part of the family.
If you are looking to purchase another vehicle, I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet.
