We recently wanted to take advantage of the low interest rates and decided to refinance. Todd Gydesen helped us with our home a few years ago, but had moved over to Vantage. We started with our original lender, but did not have a great experience with their customer service. Thankfully, I kept Todd s email with new contact information. He has excellent customer service and explains things very clearly. He kept an eye on the market and offered a better rate. His team worked really fast and the whole process was seamless.
