Spacious, clean family rooms. Room service is on the ball.
Pools clean. Pool service has decreased compared to 2 years ago. The four of us were a bit disappointed. However, the standard of hygiene has improved a little, especially in the toilets near the pool and in the restaurants. That was very gratifying.
The two main restaurants, El Nakhil and Sunflowers, were plentiful and well-balanced in terms of the food on offer.
In El Nakhil the service staff was absolutely bad. Although friendly, you waited half an hour for the drinks and they often didn't arrive as ordered. We were disappointed there.
In Sunflowers it was completely different. As soon as the glass was empty it was refilled. Top service. We will especially miss Samuel. He already knew what we wanted before we ordered it.
The lobby was also great. We have grown fond of camels here.
Unfortunately, the shows were too passive for our taste. You could hardly dance yourself. But that's a matter of taste.
It was about 900m to the beach. Not even a 10 minute walk. Absolutely fine.
