Don our salesman was informative and personal. He conducted himself in a professional manner. Was very pleasant to work with and truly seemed to be working for the customer. Would buy from him again. This would have been five stars but to be honest the jury is still out on the service department. They replaced a mirror on the Renegade we bought but the tech tighten it down before making sure it was seated properly. Mirror could not be adjusted and a gap between the mirror and door skin. Took the vehicle back to lot before heading home the tech came out tried forcing the mirror in place not a smart thing to do on a door skin. Told the tech need to loosen it back up first. Don did get it an appointment the following Friday so will see how that goes. Other than that thanks Don.
