I purchased a Specialized Diverge A1 today from Sports Systems. I worked with a woman named Kelly. She did an excellent job of helping me out, she was very polite and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer she would ask for information and rely on her team mates to make sure I was getting all my questions answered correctly. She really made the whole buying experience a pleasure. Not once did she have an ego or make me feel bad for not knowing something. What a great experience and I am very happy with my new purchase.
