I want to start this review by saying I am only giving them three stars because the actual salesman, Hunter, was great! For a younger adult he was precise, very professional, and coming from car business myself a damn good sales rep. However, I know some about the business and therefore the vehicle I was looking at at first was a demo, with 5,000 miles already on it. They only dropped the price $2k for being a demo and kept saying well you ll be only one owner. However one owner or not, I felt like the car has clearly been driven way up to the break in period ... and I know when a car leaves the lot it depreciates the value. I was the second owner of a 2018 Jeep and with 7,000 miles on it bought last summer (later traded for a trailhawk) and the value had dropped almost $11k... i don t care if the bosses wife drove it or not, it was still driven. Therefore I couldn t justify $70k for a Tahoe with 5,000 miles already on it. When we looked at another, it was a huge possibility with only double digit miles on it and about $10k less. However I was loosing some pretty good features I was use to in the Jeep Cherokee trailhawk I was coming out of, but justifiable at first. However they came in almost $3k lower than Kelly Blue Book on my trade, after telling me they match KBB and that they really don t argue with customers about trade value.. it is what it is to them. Long story Short... I ended up buying today a fully loaded 2019 GMC Yukon for around $10k cheaper than the one tahoe and about $8k cheaper than the other..and the people at GMC gave me exactly what my Jeep was worth. I d like to recommend this place just for the niceness of the sales rep, but seriously think they just like scamming for some money.. Luckily I know business and stayed away.
